MW3 Meeting Updates

Last night we held our first meeting and I don't think it was a bad one. But, not everyone had a heads up in advance. From now on, whenever there is a meeting for Modern Warefare 3, as long as I know, you'll know and you can get those updates here! Don't worry, we understand sometimes there are conflicts in the time or day, so i'll also do a brief overview of what went on, and of course if we hold one here, you can ALWAYS view the archive! However, if you're just down right refusing to be in the meeting, and you want to play the game, at least hide so we don't know you're ignoring an important part of being in the team. After all, what you miss today you won't be informed or prepared for tomorrow.

January 7th's meeting went pretty well, and we want to thank everyone that showed up, and are sorry for those that missed it, and are a little disappointed in those that ignored us all together. However, i'm going to let you all know what it is that you missed.

Topic 1-
In general we need and are wanting more members. We need to practice on building our team and making a successful go at all of this. Like20Ninjas would like 10 people recruited in the month of January, but try not to make them slackers that just want to screw the game up for everyone.

Topic 2-
If there is ever a problem with communication, a problem that you're having with a specific player or something that's just throwing you off with in the SITH community, please get in touch with Armored, OMG, or Like20Ninja's so that problem can be addressed without putting more conflict between players.

Topic 3-
The need for practice and getting better at what you do. You're always going to have a weakness, and there will always be a person that doesn't play as good as everyone else, but each person has roles and those roles need to be done with in the game so that it can be done without the need to say it. When you're online, play with the team and NEVER travel alone if you can avoid it. Take pride in your team mates and the other players that are apart of this team!

Topic 4-
Hey, we're all friends here, so the game rage, quitting and frustration will be highly frowned upon. It's a friendly community that we're apart of right now, so make the best of it. But, if you're on a 3rd round of losses, BACK OUT and do something different.

Topic 5-
Also, we need to stop the spray and pray and work on our kill to death ratio and our accuracy! If you can't see a clear shot, and they don't know where you are, don't bother giving away your position! Pay attention to your team members, try to help but don't go stepping on toes, and ESPECIALLY don't let someone die just do you can get an awesome kill cam!

Topic 6-
We're going to start playing other matches. Everyone has a favorite game that they like to play, but we can't only be good at one thing. So, team death match is fun, kill confirm is great, but expand what you're doing with your fellow team mates and start trying your bad ass skills at other games too!
